Rumeleenihappo (eng. Rumelenic acid) on monityydyttymätön rasvahappo. Yhdiste on 2005 löydetty[1][2] ja sen pienemmät isomeerit ovat vielä tuntemattomia. Yhdistettä on löydetty maitorasvasta.[3]
