Immigration Act of 1924 (suom. Vuoden 1924 maahanmuuttolaki) oli Yhdysvaltain liittovaltion laki, jossa säädettiin maahanmuuton rajoituksista. Laki tuli voimaan 26. toukokuuta 1924. Laki rajoitti kiintiöiden avulla vuosittaista maahanmuuttajien määrää. Lain mukaan maahan sai tulla 2 % ihmisiä niistä kansalaisuusryhmistä, joita Yhdysvalloissa asui vuoden 1890 väestönlaskennan perusteella.[1] Laki tiukensi vuonna 1921 säädettyä Emergency Quota Actia, joka asetti maahanmuuton kiintiön kolmeen prosenttiin perustuen vuoden 1910 väestönlaskentaan.[2]

Maahanmuuton kiintiöt olivat voimassa vuoteen 1965 asti, jolloin lain korvasi uusi maahanmuuttolaki Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965.[3]
