Hubert Horatio Humphrey II (27. toukokuuta 1911 – 13. tammikuuta 1978) oli yhdysvaltalainen poliitikko. Hän kuului demokraattiseen puolueeseen ja toimi Lyndon B. Johnsonin varapresidenttinä 1965–1969. Humphrey valittiin vuonna 1968 demokraattisen puolueen presidenttiehdokkaaksi. Hän kuitenkin hävisi vaalit niukasti republikaanien ehdokkaalle Richard Nixonille. Humphrey yritti uudestaan 1972, mutta hävisi jo demokraattien esivaaleissa George McGovernille. Hän kuoli syöpään kotonaan Minnesotassa alkuvuodesta 1978.
Humphrey toimi Minnesotan senaattorina 1949–1964 ja 1971–1978.
