Yhdysvaltain Grand Prix 2002 oli Formula 1 -sarjan osakilpailu, joka ajettiin 29. syyskuuta 2002 Indianapolisin moottoriradalla Yhdysvalloissa. Kilpailun voitti Ferrarilla ajanut Rubens Barrichello, jolle voitto oli kauden neljäs.[1] Kilpailu muistetaan erityisesti viimeisestä kierroksesta, kun kilpailua johtanut Michael Schumacher halusi näyttävämmän lopputuloksen tallin kaksoisvoitolle hidastamalla vauhtiaan pääsuoralla, jolloin toisena ajanut Rubens Barrichello ohitti hänet ennen maaliviivaa.[1][2]
