Donald Hugh "Don" Henley (s. 22. heinäkuuta 1947) on yhdysvaltalainen laulaja ja rumpali. Henley on yksi Eagles -yhtyeen päälaulajista ja lauluntekijöistä. Eaglesin aikana Henley kirjoitti (yleensä Glenn Freyn kanssa) yhtyeen parhaiten tunnetuimpia kappaleita kuten "Desperado" ja "Hotel California." Yhtyeen hajoamisen jälkeen Henley siirtyi soolouralle, josta tuli Eaglesin entisistä jäsenistä menestyksekkäin.
Vuonna 1983 julkaistu "I Can't Stand Still" menestyi kohtalaisesti. Tätä seurannut vuoden 1984 single "The Boys of Summer" ylsi sijalle 5 Billboard Hot 100 -listalla, ja kappaleen musiikkivideo voitti useita MTV Video Music Awards -palkintoja, mukaan lukien "Vuoden paras video".
