Giancarlo Giuseppe Alessandro Esposito (s. 26. huhtikuuta 1958 Kööpenhamina, Tanska) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä. Hän on näytellyt muun muassa Gustavo ”Gus” Fringin roolista televisiosarjassa Breaking Bad sekä sen spin-off-sarjassa Better Call Saul. Hän on saanut roolista parhaan miessivuosan palkinnon vuoden 2012 Critics’ Choice Television Awardsissa.

Esposito tunnetaan hyvin rooleistaan Spike Leen elokuvissa, kuten Do the Right Thing – kuuma päivä, Koulupäivät ja Mo ’Better Blues. Muita merkittäviä elokuvia ovat Fresh, Harley Davidson ja Marlboro-mies, Epäillyt ja New Yorkin kuningas. Hän on näytellyt myös televisiosarjoissa Olipa kerran ja Revolution.

Esposito syntyi Kööpenhaminassa. Hänen isänsä oli napolilainen näyttämöavustaja ja puuseppä Giovanni Esposito ja äiti Yhdysvalloista Alabamasta kotoisin ollut afroamerikkalainen ooppera- ja yökerholaulaja Elizabeth Foster. Hän asui Euroopassa kuusivuotiaaksi asti, jolloin hänen perheensä asettui New Yorkiin Manhattanille.
