Elvis Costello (oikealta nimeltään Declan Patrick Aloysius MacManus, s. 25. elokuuta 1954, Lontoo) on brittiläinen rockmuusikko, joka luetaan rockin uuden aallon keskeisimpiin lauluntekijöihin ja esiintyjiin. Hän on pitkän ja tuotteliaan uransa aikana tehnyt hyökkäävän ja punkvaikutteisen rockin ohella myös soulia, kantrimusiikkia, balladeja ja jazz-lauluja.
