Gene Hoglan (oik. Eugene Victor Hoglan II, s. 31. elokuuta 1967 Dallas, Texas) on yhdysvaltalainen extreme metal -rumpali, tunnettu mm. losangelesilaisen thrash metal -yhtye Dark Angelin rumpalina. Gene Hoglan toimi nuorempana myös Slayerin rumpuroudarina.

Hoglan osaa soittaa myös kitaraa ja on säveltänyt muutaman riffin Dark Angelin Leave Scars ja Time Does Not Heal -albumeille ja yhden Silent Scream -yhtyeen From the Darkest Depths of the Imagination -albumille. Hän on myös toiminut sessiorumpalina muun muassa norjalaisessa melodista black metalia soittavassa Old Man's Child -yhtyeessä ja tanskalaisessa death metal -yhtye Daemonissa. Hoglan on soittanut rumpuja myös Fear Factoryssa (2009–2012). Hoglan soitti myös rummut Zimmer's Holen levylle When You Were Shouting At The Devil... We Were in League With Satan. Hän on soittanut rumpuja myös death metal -yhtye Deathin albumeilla Individual Thought Patterns sekä Symbolic vuosina 1993–1995.
