William Henry Cosby, Jr. (s. 12. heinäkuuta 1937, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä.

Cosby nousi Yhdysvalloissa menestykseen 1965–1968 tuotetussa Minä vakooja -televisiosarjassa (I Spy) ja sai oman tilannekomediasarjansa The Bill Cosby Show, jota tuotettiin kaksi kautta 1969–1971 ja oli luomassa piirrettyä Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids. 1980-luvulla hänen perhesarjansa The Cosby Show (Suomessa nimellä Bill Cosby Show) menestyi hyvin ja oli sikäli merkittävä, että siinä oli ensimmäistä kertaa pääosassa hyvin toimeentuleva keskiluokkainen tummaihoinen amerikkalainen perhe. Cosby on tuottanut, käsikirjoittanut, ohjannut ja näytellyt televisiosarjoissa, joihinkin jopa säveltänyt musiikkia. Hän on esiintynyt myös elokuvissa, joista mikään ei kuitenkaan ole saanut osakseen samaa menestystä kuin hänen televisiotyönsä.

Cosby on kirjoittanut useita opaskirjoja miehen roolista perheessä ja yhteiskunnassa. Hän on väitellyt kasvatustieteen tohtoriksi vuonna 1977. Bill Cosby Showssa hän nosti esille yhteiskunnallisia teemoja kuten huumeet, teiniraskaudet, lukutaidottomuus ja jengiväkivalta.

Cosby on ollut naimisissa Camille O. Cosbyn kanssa vuodesta 1964 lähtien. Heillä on viisi lasta: Erika (s. 8. huhtikuuta 1965), Erinn (s. 23. heinäkuuta 1966), Ennis (15. huhtikuuta 1969 – 16. tammikuuta 1997), Ensa (s. 8. huhtikuuta 1973) ja Evin (s. 27. elokuuta 1976). Ennis murhattiin vuonna 1997.
