Adrian Erlandsson (s. 27. lokakuuta 1970 Malmössä) on ruotsalainen heavy metal -rumpali. Hänet tunnetaan luultavasti parhaiten Cradle of Filthin rumpalina. Hän jätti kyseisen bändin marraskuussa 2006, soitettuaan siinä vuodesta 1999. Adrian kertoo lähteneensä, jotta voisi keskittyä Needleye ja Nemhain-yhtyeisiinsä. Hän on soittanut myös Paradise Lostissa, At the Gatesissa, The Hauntedissa ja Deathstarsissa.
Adrianin veli Daniel Erlandsson toimii death metal -yhtye Arch Enemyn rumpalina.
