Hanna-Barbera Productions, Inc oli yhdysvaltalainen animaatioita tuottava yhtiö. Sen perustivat vuonna 1957 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayerille aikaisemmin työskennelleet animaatio-ohjaajat William Hanna ja Joseph Barbera, sekä näytelmäelokuvien ohjaaja George Sidney, joka tuotti H-B Enterprises nimellä elokuvia ja televisiomainoksia.^lähde? Metro-Goldwyn-Mayerin sulkiessa oman animaatiostudionsa vuonna 1959 H-B Enterprisesista tuli Hannan ja Barberan vakituinen työ ja kolme vuotta myöhemmin yhtiön nimeksi muutettiin Hanna-Barbera Productions. Seuraavien kolmen vuosikymmenen aikana Hanna-Barbera Productions tuotti useita animaatiosarjoja, kuten Hakki-koira, Kiviset ja Soraset, Yogi-karhu, Jetsonit, Scooby-Doo, Smurffit ja Dexterin laboratorio.

Vuonna 1991 Turner Broadcasting osti omistukseensa Hanna-Barbera yhtiön, jonka myötä William Hanna ja Joseph Barbera jäivät osittain eläkkeelle, mutta olivat edelleen studionsa päähenkilöitä. 1990-luvun lopulla Turner Broadcasting muutti Hanna-Barberan tuottamaan pääasiassa uutta materiaalia omistamalleen Cartoon Network -kanavalle. Vuonna 1996 Turner Broadcastingin osti omistukseensa Time Warner ja William Hannan kuollessa vuonna 2001 Hanna-Barbera liittyi Warner Bros. Animationin kanssa yhteen ja Cartoon Network Studios otti animaatioiden tuottamisen haltuunsa. Joseph Barbera oli vielä Warner Bros. Animationin mukana aina kuolemaansa vuoteen 2006 asti.
