Luis Guzmán (s. 1. tammikuuta 1957 Cayey, Puerto Rico) on puertoricolainen näyttelijä. Hän syntyi Cayeyssä, mutta kasvoi New Yorkissa ja valmistui City College of New Yorkista.

Guzmán aloitti uransa sosiaalityöntekijänä, mutta siirtyi vähitellen entistä enemmän esiintymiseen. Hän asuu vaimonsa Angelitan ja lastensa kanssa Vermontissa.

Gusmán on myös ääninäytellyt Grand Theft Auto: Vice City -videopelissä.
