Jay Leno (syntyjään James Douglas Muir-Leno, s. 28. huhtikuuta 1950, New Rochelle, New York) on yhdysvaltalainen koomikko ja juontaja. Parhaiten hänet tunnetaan isännöimästään The Tonight Show -ohjelmasta (jota on tehty vuodesta 1954 saakka). Leno aloitti show'n juontajana 1992 ja lopetti vuonna 2009. Hän nimesi suosikkijatkajakseen Conan O'Brienin, joka aloittikin ohjelman vetäjänä 1. kesäkuuta 2009. Jay Leno itse siirtyy juontamaan uutta, alustavasti The Jay Leno Showksi nimettyä talk showta.

Leno avioitui Mavis Nicholsonin kanssa vuonna 1980.

The Tonight Show

The Tonight Show'n pitkäaikaisen juontajan Johnny Carsonin jäätyä eläkkeelle 1992 alkoi valtataistelu David Lettermanin ja Jay Lenon välillä The Tonight Show'n juontajan paikasta, joka päättyi kun NBC ilmoitti 1993, että Jay Lenosta tulee uusi juontaja.
