Troy Donockley (s. 30. toukokuuta 1964) on englantilainen säveltäjä ja multi-instrumentalisti, joka tunnetaan parhaiten irlantilaisen säkkipillin (engl. uillean pipes) soittajana. Hän on soittanut useiden yhtyeiden keikkamuusikkona. 9. lokakuuta 2013 hänestä tuli Nightwishin jäsen samaan aikaan laulaja Floor Jansenin kanssa.
