Ralf Scheepers (s. 5. helmikuuta 1965, Esslingen, Saksa) on saksalaisen power metal -yhtye Primal Fearin laulaja. Hän on laulanut yhtyeessä vuodesta 1997. Ennen tätä hän on laulanut muun muassa Tyran' Pace ja Gamma Ray bändeissä.[1][2]
