Ralf Scheepers on saksalaisen power metal -yhtye Primal Fearin laulaja. Hän on laulanut yhtyeessä vuodesta 1997. Ennen tätä hän on laulanut muun muassa Tyran' Pace ja Gamma Ray bändeissä.
