Rowdy Lewayne Williams (s. 28. elokuuta 1969 Houston, Yhdysvallat), tunnetaan paremmin taiteilijanimellä Ganksta N-I-P on yhdysvaltalainen rap-artisti. Vuonna 1992 hän julkaisi debyyttialbumin The South Park Psycho Rap-a-Lot Recordsin avustuksella. Tämä albumi nosti "South Park Coalition" -ryhmän, johon Ganksta N-I-P kuuluu, kartalle ja muiden tietoisuuteen.[1]
Williams kuuluu Nation of Islam-järjestöön, jonka "Nation of Islam is powerful" lauseesta hänen artistinimen "N-I-P" -lyhenne tulee.[2]
