Rap-a-Lot Records on Universal Music Groupin omistama Houstonista kotoisin oleva yhdysvaltalainen levy-yhtiö, joka perustettiin 1986. Smoke-a-Lot Records ja Southern Empire Entertainment kuuluvat Rap-a-Lot Recordsin alaisuuteen. Yhtiön musiikkinsa painottuu gangsta rapin ja etäläisen rapin suuntaan.

Levy-yhtiön perusti James Smith (J Prince) apunaan Geto Boys. Vuonna 2010 Rap-a-Lot Records ilmoitti solmineensa jakelusopimuksen Fontana Distributionin kanssa.
