Fredrik Thordendal (s. 11. helmikuuta 1970) on ruotsalainen kitaristi, joka tunnetaan parhaiten metalliyhtye Meshuggahin soolokitaristina. Thordendal toimii myös soolouralla, ja on julkaissut soolona Fredrik Thordendal's Special Defects -nimen alla albumin Sol Niger Within vuonna 1997.

Thordendal soittaa pääasiassa Ibanezin 7- ja 8-kielisiä kitaroita, muun muassa kustomoitua 8-kielistä Ibanez RG-mallia.
