Stephen Robert Nesta "Raggamuffin" Marley (syn. 20. huhtikuuta 1972, Wilmington, Delaware, Yhdysvallat) on Jamaikan-yhdysvaltalainen muusikko. Hän on reggae-legenda Bob Marleyn ja hänen vaimonsa Rita Marleyn poika.

Stephen aloitti uransa nuorena. Jo 8-vuotiaana hän esitti "Sugar Pie" -nimisen kappaleen Jamaica World Music Festivaleilla. Hän kuului Ziggy Marley & The Melody Makers -nimiseen reggaeyhtyeeseen yhdessä sisarustensa Ziggyn, Cedellan ja Sharonin kanssa.
Stephen on julkaissut toistaiseksi yhden sooloalbumin, Mind Control, vuonna 2007.
