Splatter (suomeksi pärskyä, roiskahtaa) on elokuvagenre, jonka ominaispiirre on liioiteltu väkivalta kuten verisuihkut ja tursuavat sisäelimet. Toisin kuin lähisukulaisessaan goressa, splatterissa väkivaltaa käytetään yleensä mustan huumorin aikaansaamiseksi.

Splatter-piirteitä sisältävät elokuvat ovat tavallisesti kauhuelokuvia tai komedioita.
