Sean Paul Ryan Francis Henriques (s. 8. tammikuuta 1973 Kingston, Jamaika), taiteilijanimeltään Sean Paul, on jamaikalainen reggae ja dancehall -artisti. Ensimmäisen levynsä Stage One hän julkaisi vuonna 2000. Vuonna 2002 valmistui toinen levy, Dutty Rock, joka sisälsi hitit "Gimme the Light" ja "Get Busy". Albumi myi hyvin. Sean Paul vieraili myös Beyoncén "Baby Boy" -kappaleessa, ja Blu Cantrellin "Breathe"-remixissä. Hänen kolmas albuminsa, The Trinity, ilmestyi vuonna 2005, ja siitä tuli edeltäjänsä tavoin menestys.
Sean Paul on vieraillut musiikkikanava MTV:n ohjelmissa Punk'd, ja Making the Video. Sean Paul teki myös yhteishitin "Break it off" barbadosilaisen laulaja Rihannan kanssa. Vuoden 2010 kuumin hitti Sean Paulilta on Bob Sinclarin kanssa yhteistyönä tehty "Tik Tok."
