Keyshia Miesha Cole (s. 15. lokakuuta 1981) on yhdysvaltalainen laulaja-lauluntekijä. Räppäri Kanye West on kutsunut Colea ”hip hop soulin kuningattareksi”.

Cole julkaisi The Way It Is -debyyttialbumina vuonna 2005. Levy myi myöhemmin platinaa. Syyskuussa 2007 julkaistiin Colen toinen studioalbumi Just Like You, joka myös myi platinaa. 16. joulukuuta 2008 julkaistiin Colen kolmas studioalbumi A Different Me.

Keysha on äänityypiltään sopraano.
