Frankie Goes to Hollywood (FGTH) oli yksi kiistellyimmistä ja kaupallisesti menestyneimmistä brittiläisistä new wave -yhtyeistä 1980-luvun alussa. Yhtyeen muodostivat laulaja Holly Johnson, taustalaulaja Paul Rutherford, rumpali Peter Gill, basisti Mark O'Toole ja kitaristi Brian Nash.
Yhtyeen debyyttisingle "Relax" oli esityskiellossa BBC:llä samaan aikaan kun se oli Englannin listan sijalla kuusi. Single piti myöhemmin listan kärkipaikkaa viisi viikkoa peräkkäin. Kappale oli vuonna 2006 seitsemänneksi parhaiten myynyt brittiläinen single. Myös yhtyeen kaksi seuraavaa kappaletta "Two Tribes" ja "The Power of Love" ylsivät kärkisijalle, ja yhtyeestä tuli historian toinen yhtye, jonka kaikki kolme ensimmäistä singleä ovat saavuttaneet ykkössijan Ison-Britannian listalla (ensimmäinen oli Gerry and the Pacemakers, 1964). Vuonna 2004 yhtye esiintyi Lontoossa Prince's Trust-konsertissa, jonka jälkeen uusi kokoonpano teki muutaman muunkin live-keikan.
