Derek Roddy (s. 1973 Florida, Yhdysvallat) on yhdysvaltalainen extreme metal -rumpali, joka on uransa aikana soittanut muun muassa yhtyeissä Hate Eternal, Nile, Malevolent Creation, Serpent's Rise, Divine Empire, Council Of The Fallen, Today Is The Day, Traumedy, ja Aurora Borealis. Nykyään hän soittaa yhtyeissä Serpent's Rise ja Traumedy.
Derek Roddy on itseoppinut rumpali ja tunnettu erityisesti nopeasta yhden jalan bassorumputekniikasta blast beat -kompissa. Metallimusiikkitaustastaan huolimatta Derek Roddy on myös tunnettu blues-, rock- ja jazzrumpali.
Viimeksi Roddy soitti yhtyeessä Hate Eternal, mutta 28. maaliskuuta 2006 hän ilmoitti lähteneensä yhtyeestä rahaongelmien vuoksi.[1] Roddy järjestää aktiivisesti rumpuopetusta ja klinikoita.
