Theodore Andrea Cook (28. maaliskuuta 1867 – 16. syyskuuta 1928)[1][2][3] oli brittiläinen kirjailija ja olympiamitalisti.
Cook harrasti yliopisto-opintojensa aikana jalkapalloa, soutamista ja miekkailua.[2][3] Järjestötoiminnan osalta hän toimi Britannian Olympiajärjestössä (engl. British Olympic Association) vuosina 1905–20 sekä Kansainvälisessä olympiakomiteassa (engl. International Olympic Committee) vuosina 1909–15.[2][4] Cook erosi järjestötehtävistään, koska hänen mielestään saksalaiset eivät saaneet osallistua olympiatoimintaan ensimmäisen maailmansodan tapahtumien vuoksi.[5]
Cook itse osallistui vuoden 1920 Antwerpenin olympialaisiin, joissa sai olympiahopeaa kirjallisuudesta runoteoksellaan Antwerpenin olympialaiset.[3][6]
Cook työskenteli päätoimittajana 1900–luvun alussa muun muassa St. James' Gazettessa, Daily Telegraphissa ja The Fieldissä.[2] Hän kirjoitti myös paljon kirjoja, kuten

- The Cruise of the Branwen : being a short history of the modern revival of the Olympic Games, together with an account of the adventures of the English fencing team in Athens in 1906[11].
