Terry Brooks (s. 8. tammikuuta 1944 Illinois, Yhdysvallat) on yhdysvaltalainen fantasiakirjailija.

Brooks opiskeli englanninkielistä kirjallisuutta Hamilton Collegessa ja toimi valmistumisensa jälkeen juristina. Ensimmäisen romaaninsa Sword of Shannara hän julkaisi vuonna 1977. Teos pysyi New York Timesin bestseller-listoilla yli viisi kuukautta.

Shannara-sarjaan pohjautuva televisiosarja The Shannara Chronicles sai ensiesityksensä vuonna 2016 MTV-kanavalla. Sarjan ovat luoneet Alfred Gough ja Miles Millar.
