Prince of Darkness on keväällä 2005 julkaistu Ozzy Osbournen neljän levyn kokoelmaboksi. Kaksi ensimmäistä levyä keskittyvät Osbournen suurimpiin hitteihin, mutta mukana on muun muassa joidenkin kappaleiden demoversioita sekä paljon ennenjulkaisematonta livemateriaalia. Kolmas levy tarjoilee nimekkäitä vierailijoita ja duettoja viimeisen levyn keskittyessä cover-kappaleisiin, jolla Osbourne tulkitsee muun muassa Rolling Stonesia ja The Beatlesia. Boksin viimeinen levyke julkaistiin muutamalla uudella raidalla varustettuna Under Cover -nimellä syksyllä 2005.
