Masha Gessen (synt. Marija Aleksandrovna Gessen ven. Мари́я (Ма́ша) Алекса́ндровна Ге́ссен; s. 13. tammikuuta 1967 Moskova[1]) on venäläis-yhdysvaltalainen toimittaja, kirjailija, kielenkääntäjä ja aktivisti. Hän työskentelee The New Yorker -lehdelle[2].
