Lee Ranaldo (s. 3. helmikuuta 1956 Glen Cove, Long Island, New York) on yhdysvaltalainen muusikko, laulaja ja taiteilija. Hän soitti kitaraa ja lauloi Sonic Youth -yhtyeessä.

Ranaldo on työskennellyt muun muassa artistien Babes in Toyland, Oneida, You Am I, Deity Guns ja KLEG kanssa.
