Caroline Blakiston (s. 13. helmikuuta 1933 Chelsea, Lontoo, Britannia) on englantilainen näyttelijä. Hän on näytellyt muun muassa Lady Patience Hardacren roolissa komediasarjassa Brass (1983–1990), Mon Mothman roolissa Star Wars -elokuvassa Jedin paluu (1983) sekä Agatha Poldarkin roolissa draamasarjassa Poldark (2015–2017).
