Anna Friel (s. 12. heinäkuuta 1976 Rochdale, Suur-Manchester) on englantilainen näyttelijä.
Frielin ensimmäinen huomiota saanut rooli oli 16-vuotiaana saippuasarjassa Brookside, jossa hänen suudelmansa toisen tytön kanssa herätti aikanaan suurta huomiota.[2]
Vuonna 2007 Friel esiintyi yhdessä päärooleista useita Emmy-palkintoja voittaneessa fantasiasarjassa Pushing Daisies. Hän sai roolistaan parhaan naispääosan Golden Globe -ehdokkuuden vuonna 2008.[2]
