Aaron Douglas Ness (s. 18. toukokuuta 1990) on yhdysvaltalainen jääkiekkoilija, joka pelaa AHL-joukkue Providence Bruinsissa. Hän on New York Islandersin toisen kierroksen varaus vuodelta 2008.

Ness pelasi yliopistokiekkoa Roseau High Schoolissa Minnesotan osavaltiossa, jossa hän vuonna 2008 vastaan otti Minnesota Mr. Hockey -palkinnon parhaiten kehittyneenä pelaajana Minnesotan osavaltiossa.[1] Ness siirtyi Minnesotan yliopistoon, jossa pelasi kolmen kauden aikana koulun joukkueessa Minnesota Golden Gophersissa.
16. maaliskuuta 2011 New York Islanders kiinnitti Nessin kolmivuotiseen tulokassopimukseen.[2] Kaudella 2014–2015 Ness valittiin Islandersin AHL-yhteistyöseura Bridgeport Sound Tigersin kapteeniksi.[3]
1. heinäkuuta 2015 Ness jätti Islandersin organisaation siirtyen vapaiden pelaajien markkinoille. Hän teki kaksisuuntaisen yhden vuoden sopimuksen Washington Capitalsin kanssa.[4]
