Puscifer on muusikko Maynard James Keenanin (Tool, A Perfect Circle) sivuprojekti. Se edustaa tyyliltään industrial-musiikkia. Yhtye julkaisi 30. lokakuuta 2007 ensimmäisen studioalbuminsa ”V” is For Vagina. Tätä ennen yhtye oli levyttänyt vain pienempiä julkaisuja.

Yhtyeen nimi Puscifer on peräisin Mr. Show -sketsisarjan ensimmäisestä jaksosta, jossa Keenan esiintyy samannimisen yhtyeen jäsenenä.
