Paulo Costanzo (s. 21. syyskuuta 1978 Bramptonissa Ontariossa[1]) on kanadalainen näyttelijä, joka tunnetaan parhaiten rooleistaan vuoden 2000 komediassa Road Trip, sitcom-sarjassa Joey sekä USA Network -sarjassa Kallista kipua.
Costanzo syntyi Bramptonissa Ontariossa. Hänen äitinsä on laulaja-lauluntekijä ja hänen isänsä on taiteilija.[2][3] Costanzo on puoliksi italialaista alkuperää.[4]
