Valmistus

Alus tilattiin Harland and Wolffilta Govanista osana vuosien 1911-1912 laivasto-ohjelmaa. Sen köli laskettiin 1. huhtikuuta 1912 ja alus laskettiin vesille 7. toukokuuta 1913. Alus valmistui huhtikuussa 1914.

Palvelus

Alus myytiin 15. marraskuuta 1921 romutettavaksi.
