Alive or Just Breathing on yhdysvaltalaisen metalcore-yhtye Killswitch Engagen toinen studioalbumi. Albumi julkaistiin vuonna 2002 Roadrunner -levy-yhtiön kautta. Albumin miksaajana toimi Andy Sneap. Albumilla laulaa yhtyeen samana vuonna jättänyt Jesse Leach.

Kappaleet "Temple from the Within" ja "Vide Infra" ovat yhtyeen edelliseltä albumilta uudelleen äänitetty albumia varten.

Albumia pidetään Metalcore-albumien "klassikkona".
