Princetonin taistelu oli yksi Yhdysvaltain vapaussodan taisteluista. Se käytiin 3. tammikuuta 1777 brittien ja amerikkalaisten välillä Princetonissa, New Jerseyssä. Taistelu päättyi amerikkalaisten voittoon.
Taistelupaikalla sijaitsee nykyisin Princeton Battlefield State Park.
