Loretta Devine (s. 21. elokuuta 1949) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä ja laulaja [1].
Devine tunnetaan lukuisista rooleista näyttämöllä ja valkokankaalla. Hänen tunnetuimpia roolejaan ovat Lorrell Robinson alkuperäisessä Broadway-tuotannossa Dreamgirls ja Adele Webberina draamasarjassa Greyn anatomia[1], josta hän voitti Emmy-palkinnon vuonna 2011[2].
