Katherine Boyer Waterston (s. 3. maaliskuuta 1980 Westminster, Lontoo, Englanti, Yhdistynyt kuningaskunta) on englantilaissyntyinen yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä. Hänet tunnetaan muun muassa rooleistaan elokuvissa Inherent Vice (2014), Steve Jobs (2015) ja Ihmeotukset ja niiden olinpaikat (2016). Vuonna 2017 hän esiintyy elokuvassa Alien: Covenant[1].
Hänen isänsä on muun muassa Kova Laki -sarjasta tunnettu näyttelijä Sam Waterston.
