Juan Diego Botto Rota (s. 29. elokuuta 1975 Buenos Aires, Argentiina) on argentiinalais-espanjalainen näyttelijä. Hän näytteli vuosina 1990–1993 televiosarjassa Zorro.[1] Vuosina 2016–2017 hän näytteli Javier Pereiraa yhdysvaltalaisessa draamasarjassa Good Behavior.[2] Hän on näytellyt muun muassa elokuvissa La Celestina (1996), Más que amor, frenesí (1996), Asfalttiviidakko (1999) ja Unohdetut (2006).[1]
