Heaven 17 on brittiläinen synthpop-yhtye. Yhtye koostuu Martyn Waresta (kosketinsoittimet), Ian Craig Marshista (kosketinsoittimet) sekä Glenn Gregorysta (laulu).

Heaven 17 syntyi Sheffieldissä, Englannissa vuonna 1981, kun Human Leaguen perustajajäsenten Waren ja Marshin muodostama British Electric Foundation aloitti yhteistyön Gregoryn kanssa. Nimensä yhtye otti Anthony Burgessin kirjasta Kellopeliappelsiini.

Ensimmäisen albumin ensimmäinen single ”(We Don’t Need This) Fascist Groove Thang” oli pienen piirin hitti, mutta joutui BBC:n soittokieltoon nimensä takia.

Kakkosalbumi The Luxury Gap (1983) sitä vastoin osoittautui yhtyeen uran suurimmaksi menestykseksi. Albumin suurimpia hittikappaleita olivat ”Temptation” ja ”Come Live with Me”.

Kolmannen albumin singlet ylsivät vielä Britannian top-30-listalle, mutta suosion vähitellen hiipuessa yhtye lopetti virallisesti vuonna 1988, tehden kuitenkin kaupallisesti epäonnistuneen comebackin vuonna 1996.

Heaven 17 tekee yhä harvakseltaan keikkoja, lähinnä 1980-luvun muistelun merkeissä.

Cradle of Filth julkaisi vuonna 2006 levyllään Thornography cover-version Heaven 17:n kappaleesta ”Temptation”.
