Annihilation of the Wicked on yhdysvaltalaisen death metal -yhtye Nilen neljäs albumi. Se julkaistiin toukokuussa 2005 Relapse Recordsin kautta päättäen yhtyeen sopimuksen kyseisen levy-yhtiön kanssa. Teemallisesti Annihilation of the Wicked jatkaa yhtyeen linjaa nojaten vahvasti muinaisen Egyptin mytologiaan ja H. P. Lovecraftin kirjoituksiin.
