Raven Software on yhdysvaltalainen tietokonepelien valmistaja. Yhtiön perustivat vuonna 1990 veljekset Brian ja Steve Raffel Madisonissa, Wisconsinissa. Vuonna 1997 Raven Software allekirjoitti sopimuksen, jolla Activision sai yksinoikeuden yhtiön pelien julkaisemiseen. Myöhemmin Raven Software sulautettiin osaksi Activisionia.
Raven Softwaren ehkä tunnetuimmat pelit on tehty yhteistyössä id Softwaren kanssa. Monen vuoden yhteistyön jälkeen he saivat tehdä Quake 4:n, ja ovat parhaimillaan myös mukana tekemässä uutta Wolfenstein-sarjan peliä. Raven Software on perinteisesti tehnyt pelejä vain PC:lle, mutta on viime vuosina alkanut siirtyä myös konsolimarkkinoille. Raven Software auttoi Infinity Wardia tekemään moninpelimodin Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3:een, joka julkaistiin 8. marraskuuta 2011 PC:lle, Playstation 3:lle ja Xbox 360:lle.
