Conspiracy on King Diamondin neljäs albumi vuodelta 1989. Alkuperäinen vinyylilevy ja kansikuva vuodelta 1988 on keräilyharvinaisuus, koska King Diamond itse ei hyväksynyt tätä kansikuvaa. Korealaisessa albumissa taas ei ole muuta kuin iso punainen King Diamond-logo. Levy on äänitetty ja miksattu M.M.C. Studiossa, Kööpenhaminassa, Tanskassa. Conspiracy on jatkoa albumin "Them" tarinalle.
