Blaenau Gwent County Borough (kymriksi Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent) on yksi Walesin hallintoalueista. Sen rajanaapurit ovat idässä Monmouthshire ja Torfaen, lännessä Caerphilly ja pohjoisessa Powys. Alueen suurimpia kaupunkeja ovat Abertillery, Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale ja Tredegar. Alue perustettiin paikallishallintoalueeksi vuonna 1974, mutta hallintoalueen statuksen se sai vasta vuonna 1996.
