The Ultimate Incantation on puolalaisen death metal -yhtye Vaderin ensimmäinen studioalbumi, jonka on julkaissut Earache vuonna 1992.
Albumi äänitettiin alun perin Sunlight Studiosilla Thomas Skogsbergin kanssa, mutta sekä levy-yhtiö että yhtye olivat tyytymättömiä tulokseen ja he päättivät nauhoittaa albumin uudelleen eri studiolla.
