Ulick Peter Burke (s. 16. elokuuta 1937, Stanmore, Englanti) on brittiläinen historioitsija. Hän on entinen kulttuurihistorian professori Cambridgen yliopistossa. Hän on työskennellyt myös Sussexin yliopistossa.
