Hi

sorry for me not being able to speak finnisch: Is this a Turkislakki, an Uschanka or (two) different caps? Would be great to have an answer.

A bit late seeing as the question was made in 2008, but in case someone wondering the same thing comes here: "turkislakki" literally means "fur cap", "Uschanka" is Russian for "ear cap", while "Uschanka" is what we call "turkislakki", "turkislakki" is not always "Uschanka", the "turkislakki" in this picture is not ones typical "Uschanka", but it does have the ear flaps that provide the namesake for "Uschanka".
