Valmistus

Alus tilattiin osana vuosien 1903-1904 laivasto-ohjelmaa Hawthorn Leslie and Companyltä Hebburnista Newcastle upon Tynestä, missä köli laskettiin 16. helmikuuta 1904. Alus laskettiin vesille 12. syyskuuta ja valmistui toukokuussa 1905.

Palvelus

Alus myytiin 30. elokuuta 1919 romutettavaksi.
