7 Weeks: Live in America, 2003 on kristillisen metalliyhtye Stryperin ensimmäinen live-albumi. Se äänitettiin yhtyeen paluukiertueella vuonna 2003 ja julkaistiin 18. toukokuuta 2004. Albumin yhteydessä piti alun perin julkaista live-DVD nimeltä Stryper: Live in Puerto Rico, joka kuvattiin yhtyeen konsertissa San Juanissa, Puerto Ricossa. DVD julkaistiin kuitenkin lopulta syyskuussa 2006.
